What to wear during rainy season?

I love the smell of rain, I can even tell when were going to get rain. And when the clouds starts to roll in, so quick that you blink and suddenly your blue sky vanishes behind the veil of impending rain.

And when the rain starts to fall.. it means only one thing... it's time to get ready "fashionably" for some wet weather this Fall and Winter.  Here’s an outfit that should keep you dry and comfortable on a bleak rainy day.

Wear “skinny” black jeans.  You probably already have lots of dark wash jeans, so, get some in black. The skinny jean is super easy to wear underneath boots, not to mention sexy too. You can also fold-up the hem to more chic-boyish appeal... or rock and roll aura.

Scarf. Perfect for over a skinny jean or legging, this piece of accessory not only keeps your neck warm, you can style it in hundred ways. It can transform your whole outfit into a new look.

Military inspired trench coat. Prepare to spend a bit in this area — whether you go for the classic or a variation thereof as shown, you want this to last since you’ll wear it on an when every time the rainy season comes in.

For ladies, keep yourself warm with a wool/silk checkered wrap and gray leather driving gloves.

Other rain-accessory to have on hand: umbrella (I preferred black with long metallic stem,. just like Hayden Christensen used in the movie Jumper )  and a comfy, warm rain boots.

HUGS,
TONI
